Basamo Rasa partners with leading sugar factories like SAMORA Group, PG KBA, and Madukismo. With a strong nationwide distribution network, we support the government’s target of achieving national sugar self-sufficiency by 2030.
Basamo Manis – Bioethanol & Sugarcane Plantation
PT BASAMO BERKAH MANIS
BASAMO MANIS was established to produce fuel-grade bioethanol from molasses, supporting Indonesia’s 5% bioethanol blending program with Pertamina. We will process 150,000 tons of molasses from Kebun Agung, with an initial plant capacity of 15,000 KL, expandable to 30,000 KL per year. To secure long-term supply, we are developing modern sugarcane plantations in East Java (3,000–20,000 ha) in collaboration with government stakeholders and local farmers.
SPI – Food Distribution Company

Founded in 2021, SPI is our food distribution company serving over 5,000+ distributors across Java. Our products include sugar, garlic, onions, rice, cooking oil, and milk. SPI is committed to providing fast, secure, and competitive solutions for our partners.
KBS by Rasa – Catering Service
PT KULINA BERKAH SEHATI
Founded in 2021 by experienced professionals with over 25 years in the catering industry. Our clients include YILI, Pertamina, Hyundai-LG, and RS Fatmawati. KBS by RASA delivers 100% halal, nutritious meals with friendly service and timely delivery for clients in the Oil, Mining & Gas (OMG) sectors and healthcare facilities.
Kecap Korma – Liquid Seasoning Factory
PT KORMA JAYA UTAMA
Founded in 1948 by a Muslim woman named Khatijah, Kecap Korma began as a humble effort to support her family after the loss of her husband. She created a halal, flavorful soy sauce using fermented black soybeans and no artificial additives — a secret recipe still preserved today.
Trusted by satay vendors across Indonesia, including Sate Pak Jono and Apjay, Kecap Korma has become a beloved name in traditional seasoning. Now, together with Basamo Group, we aim to expand nationwide and reach a production target of 10 million KL by 2030.
AWE Birdnest – Bird’s Nest Processing Factory
PT ANDALAN WALET EKSPOR
Established in 2020, AWE Birdnest specializes in cleaning and packaging edible bird’s nest for direct export to China. With sources from Kalimantan and Sulawesi, our factory currently processes 10 tons annually, with plans to expand to 20 tons. The demand for bird’s nest in China is 600–700 tons/year, valued at USD 5–8 billion with 6–9% CAGR growth.

PT Nusabara Abad Sinergi, established in 2024, provides nickel mining contractor services in Southeast Sulawesi (North Konawe & South Konawe) and Central Sulawesi. We manage up to 40,000 WMT of nickel per month with reliable equipment, skilled teams (10+ years of experience), and a professional mining management system.

Founded in 2025, Abad Nikel Mining focuses on trading limonite and saprolite nickel ores with major buyers such as VDNI and BMS. We prioritize product quality, timely delivery, and compliance with environmental and export regulations.
Nusabara Power – Independent Power Producer (IPP)
PT NUSABARA SINERGI BERSAMA
Established in 2022, Nusabara Power invests in power plants with full electricity off-take by PLN. We currently operate 30 MW diesel power plants in Batam and Lombok. We are committed to expanding into clean and renewable energy to support Indonesia’s Net Zero 2060 vision.
