Our journey began in 2018 with a bold step into the sugar trading business in Yogyakarta, starting with a modest volume of 100 tons per month. Fueled by ambition and a deep understanding of Indonesia’s food supply chain, we steadily expanded our operations —building a solid distribution network that now delivers nearly 30,000 tons of sugar annually across the country.

Even so, our growth has never been defined by numbers alone. As the market evolved, we broadened our portfolio to include essential food commodities such as garlic, onions, rice, and cooking oil—ensuring consistent and reliable supply to meet the needs of our partners and customers.

As our business expanded, so did our vision—growing to embrace new opportunities. In line with our strategy to build a sustainable and diversified portfolio, we pursued strategic acquisitions, including KBS by RASA, a catering company serving both the Oil, Mining & Gas industry and the healthcare sector.

By 2023, we took another leap forward with the launch of our Energy & Mining cluster, driven by Indonesia’s growing demand for raw materials and sustainable energy. We established nickel mining operations in Central and Southeast Sulawesi, and developed a nickel ore trading business built on international standards of quality and compliance.

In parallel, we established Nusabara Power as an integrated electricity service provider, delivering end-to-end solutions from power rental to power plant operations and maintenance. With a focus on reliability and sustainability, we support Indonesia’s long-term energy goals and contribute to the nation’s sustainable growth.
